Job Description

• Responsibility for various cleaning objects in the region Basel and Baselland
• Organization and coordination of the employees on site
• Introduction and training of new employees
• Ensuring the required cleaning quality
• Control of the performed work
• Support of the employees with questions and in everyday work
• Independent stepping in during personnel shortages or absences
• Assistance with cleaning work, if this is necessary
• Communication with employees, supervisors and customers
• Completion of simple administrative work on the PC

Desired Profile

• Several years of practical experience in cleaning
• Ideally initial experience as a forewoman/foreman, team leader or in a comparable function
• You are used to taking on responsibility and guiding employees
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• High temporal flexibility and readiness for changing work assignments
• Readiness for regular assignments in the evening
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• French, Spanish or Portuguese skills are an advantage
• Basic knowledge in handling the PC
• Driver's license category B mandatorily required
• Confident driving with manual vehicles is required
• Neat and professional appearance

Working Hours

The assignments take place basically within the time window from to o'clock. Regular evening assignments are part of the function. Accordingly important is a high temporal flexibility.
