• Production of dishes according to recipe and the wishes of the chef
• Presentation of dishes according to the instructions of the chef
• Timely and quantitative provision of the dishes
• Ensuring optimal goods management at the station
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and cleaning guidelines in the area

Qualification:

• Completed training as a cook or several years of cooking experience is an advantage
• High quality awareness and guest-oriented thinking
• Good oral German skills
• Impeccable hygienic knowledge & applications
• Pleasant manners with suppliers and internal employees
• Willingness for several years of cooperation
