Our client is a modern and well-established competence center for ophthalmology in the Basel region. The institution offers a comprehensive spectrum of diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical services related to the human eye. Patients are cared for in both general ophthalmological consultations and specialized departments. To reinforce the HR team, we are looking for a service-oriented, precise-working, and team-oriented personality for the newly created position in Payroll Management, starting immediately or by arrangement, as Your tasks: • Independent and timely payroll processing for around 100 employees • Responsibility for all payroll processes including social insurances and withholding tax • Contact person for employees, social insurances, and internal departments • Participation in the optimization of payroll and related HR processes • Close cooperation with the management as well as the HR managers • If suitable and interested, additional tasks in accounts payable can be taken over Your profile: • Commercial basic training with several years of experience in payroll and personnel administration • Sound Abacus knowledge is a big plus • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • High affinity for numbers as well as a strong sense of responsibility and discretion • Communication strength and enjoyment in the further development of processes What awaits you: In this exciting part-time function, a professional and at the same time familiar working environment awaits you, in which you can actively contribute your experience and expertise in payroll processing and help shape sustainable improvements.
