In this exciting function, you will work as a legal interlocutor within a highly motivated team of specialists. We look forward to your application as Legal Advisor (80-100%) - 1611 Ensuring l-electricity in Switzerland In this position, you are an expert in public procurement law. You notably assume the following tasks: • Advice and support in public procurement law for the Procurement department and all specialized divisions of Swissgrid, notably in connection with negotiated contracts without competition, the exclusion of bidders and appeal procedures in public procurement law • Management of external lawyers • Development of training programs as well as their animation • Close collaboration with the legal team Here is what makes the difference For the position of Procurement Legal Advisor, we are looking for a proactive and autonomous personality, who enjoys interdisciplinary work and possesses good negotiation skills.
