Tasks & Challenges

• Planning, setting up and executing small and large events
• Responsible from detailed coordination to return transport
• Leading your team on-site including duty roster design
• Active assistance at the front, hosting role
• Close cooperation with other suppliers and partners
• Post-processing and creating invoices
• Administrative tasks

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in the hotel/gastronomy industry
• Catering experience is an advantage
• Leadership experience in a similar function in high-end gastronomy
• Passionate host
• Independent way of working, responsible
• Organizational talent, experience with large events
• Languages: German and English, any further is an advantage
