In this varied role, you will independently and with your own responsibility manage the portfolio of rental properties and condominiums assigned to you.
Your main tasks include:
direct support of tenants and owners
negotiating with tradespeople and authorities
execution and coordination of all work arising in property management from A to Z
What you bring with you:
completed commercial basic training, preferably in the real estate industry
Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (eidg. Fähigkeitsausweis) in Real Estate Management is an advantage
3 - 5 years of professional experience in real estate management
very good German skills in speaking and writing
high customer orientation, resilience and sense of responsibility
teamwork skills and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
driving license category B as well as your own car
