The Zentrum für Psychosespektrumstörungen (ZPSS) consists of the Olvido therapy ward for adolescents (14-17 years) with psychoses in Spiez and the outpatient Early Detection and Therapy Center (FETZ) for children, adolescents and young adults (8-40 years) in Bern. As a Senior Psychologist in the FETZ, you have the chance to further develop and implement new treatment concepts as part of the interdisciplinary management team. Your tasks You will take over the management of the FETZ together with a senior physician and support the team with structured diagnostic evaluations, case management and therapy for children, adolescents and young adults where there is a suspicion of psychosis or an increased risk of psychosis You take responsibility for the leadership, training and guidance of assistant psychologists and assistant physicians in diagnostics and therapy, involving the extended system (family, school, training) You personally carry out diagnostics and therapies in individual, family and group settings You work closely with the multiprofessional team and participate in networking with other specialists in the clinic and beyond You undertake conceptual work, especially for the further development of the psychotherapeutic offer (e.g. establishment of group therapeutic offers) You support clinical research projects in the ZPSS and have opportunities for your own engagement in teaching, further education and research Your profile You have successfully completed a BAG-accredited psychotherapy training You want to apply diagnostic and treatment concepts according to current evidence-based guidelines and pass on your knowledge You already have experience in the treatment of young people with psychoses or an increased risk of psychosis or have a strong interest in this area You enjoy taking on responsibility and contributing to the further development of the offers for young people with psychoses You are interested in working in a research-oriented special offer and may already have experience in scientific work (doctorate an advantage) The UPZ The Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ), as a university clinic, is the leading competence center for psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region.
