Our service is labeled "Quality in palliative care" and represents a comprehensive and person-centered approach in demanding life situations. In morning, evening, and night shifts, you assume, with an interprofessional team, the responsibility for appropriate care and contribute significantly to the quality of life and dignity of our residents. ### Your tasks • Responsibility for processes for person-centered care and accompaniment of our residents • Management of the day and responsibility for the smooth running of daily care • Participation in project and specialty groups of the KZU • Appropriate recording and intervention in complex and rapidly evolving situations • Interprofessional collaboration, in particular with therapy and medical services Your profile • Completed training as a nurse HF/FH or foreign diploma recognized by the CRS • Service-oriented and person-centered work method • Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, and Basal Stimulation • Openness to new things and willingness to support advanced understanding of care • Resilient personality, able to work in a team and flexible We offer Ms. Sabrina Jung Recruitment Collaborator Phone +41 43 266 51 35 About us The KZU, with its two internal crèches, manages two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care homes in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly people in need of care and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 employees, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
