• Ensure quality support for the production workshops in the watchmaking machining sector
• Drive and analyze problems and identify their root causes
• Manage non-conformities
• Develop and promote the quality culture
• TQ2 diploma in quality (non-negotiable)
• ES diploma as an engineer or technician in the quality sector
• Proven experience in the watchmaking and machining sector in Switzerland (non-negotiable)
• Stable professional career
