In this role, you will jointly manage a team of around 17 employees with your management partner and ensure smooth operations. Now you have the chance to co-write the success story of our company Your tasks Joint management of the fresh service together with a second team leadership Personnel and technical management of a sub-team of around 8 employees Ensuring a smooth daily business through planning, coordination of processes and active participation in the operational business of the fresh service Continuous optimization of processes and workflows Supporting the technical service in case of disruptions and coordinating repairs Active participation in projects Your profile Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable training Further training as a process specialist, logistics specialist or comparable qualification Initial management experience and enjoyment of promoting and developing employees In-depth knowledge of logistical processes and warehouse management Experience in handling conveyor systems and automated logistics systems Very good German language skills in word and writing Willingness to work shifts (05:00 - approx. 22:00) Your benefits Develop further: We support your personal and professional development with a variety of internal and external training courses.
