Due to upcoming maternity leave and subsequent reduction in workload of the Executive Assistant, we are looking for as of now or by arrangement: Executive Assistant (job sharing) / All-rounder in internal services 60-100% (a) Your area of responsibility: • Personal assistance to the Managing Director (in job sharing) • Various correspondences for the Managing Director • Human resources in cooperation with the fiduciary • Organization and planning of business events • Keeping protocols and preparing presentations • All-rounder in internal services incl. mutual holiday substitution • Attractive advancement opportunities with a future, depending on area of interest Your requirement profile: • Completed commercial or equivalent training with several years of experience • Further training or experience as an Executive Assistant is an advantage • Good communication skills (employees/telephone/customers/suppliers) • Confidentiality and discretion • Independent, proactive and exact way of working • Representative, confident and customer-oriented appearance • Stylistically secure German in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage • Preliminary knowledge of refrigeration technology or building services technology would be perfect for us We offer: A cheerful, familiar team and a varied, demanding activity in a young, dynamic company await you.
