On behalf of one of our clients active in the watchmaking field, we are looking for several motivated and meticulous employees to join a dynamic and stimulating production environment.

Your missions:

• Perform various production operations on watchmaking components
• Perform assembly and control work on small parts
• Manipulate components with precision using a binocular microscope and the naked eye
• Ensure production monitoring according to defined quality standards
• Participate in the simple maintenance of production equipment
• Control the conformity of the produced parts
• Work in compliance with procedures and quality requirements

Your profile:

• You possess excellent manual dexterity and enjoy meticulous work
• Initial experience in watchmaking, industry, medical, or assembly is an asset
• Motivated career-change profiles eager to discover the watchmaking field are also welcome
• You are serious, reliable, and enjoy teamwork
• You demonstrate versatility and a good capacity for learning
• You are willing to work in 2x8 shifts if necessary
• Ideally, you reside in the Bienne region or nearby (max 45min).
