Your role: to transform the communication strategy into a creative, fluid and coherent mechanism that makes QoQa shine on a daily basis. Drive the editorial strategy daily You ensure the editorial coordination of QoQa's social networks by transforming the strategy defined by the Lead Communication into a clear, coherent and effective planning. You drive the editorial calendar and ensure the balance between commercial highlights, brand campaigns, news and spontaneous statements. You arbitrate communication requests in order to guarantee the quality, relevance and feasibility of the produced content. Bring our creativity to life You animate the editorial committee and encourage the emergence of new ideas, formats and creative approaches. You challenge the content proposed by the team in order to always evolve our way of telling the story of QoQa. You contribute to bringing to life an exacting, curious and truly bold editorial culture. Coordinate our campaigns You build the media plans for our campaigns in collaboration with the Communication, Marketing, Creation, Translation teams. You ensure the smooth running of campaigns, from their preparation to their publication. You contribute to continuously improving our working methods, our tools and our editorial processes. Support and grow the team You supervise, motivate and support our team of Social Media Managers in their development. You organize the distribution of projects and ensure a balanced workload. You encourage collaboration, the sharing of best practices and the skill development of each individual. Let's talk about you and your skills Your experience \- Your training You hold a university degree, HES, or an equivalent qualification. You have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the fields of content, social networks, media or digital communication. You have already coordinated a team or managed editorial projects bringing together several stakeholders. You master English. And if you have very good knowledge of German (spoken and written), it's a total celebration!
