Stakeholder & Partner Relations Manager – Suisse romande Job offer: Stakeholder & Partner Relations Manager – Suisse romande Workload: 80–100 % Location: Zurich or Lausanne (possibility of teleworking) Start date: From the 4th quarter 2026 or to be agreed Application deadline: 13 September 2026 About Path2Work Path2Work is a digital platform that connects refugees with suitable job offers and helps companies identify and recruit motivated talent. Through innovative technologies such as an AI matching algorithm, data-informed career counseling, multilingual search functions, and a proactive approach with employers, we promote the integration of refugees into the Swiss labor market. Path2Work is a joint initiative of ETH Zurich and the University of Lausanne, in cooperation with the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). This non-profit association benefits from the support of foundations, among others, in order to build a sustainable organization capable of self-financing in the long term through its own services. To pursue our expansion, we are looking for a person responsible for creating and developing our relations with companies on a national scale. Your role As manager of the Contact Center, you will be the preferred interlocutor for companies in Switzerland. You will recruit employers for Path2Work, advise them on issues relating to the hiring of refugees, and develop sustainable partnerships with companies, administrations, and professional integration organizations. With our team, you will contribute to making Path2Work a reference organization for employers in Suisse romande. Particular emphasis is placed on the development of our activities in Suisse romande. Your responsibilities Setting up the contact center: You will develop our national contact center intended for companies and other actors in professional integration and, in collaboration with the center team, you will ensure rapid and professional support. Partnerships: You will mobilize employers, recruitment agencies, professional associations, employment advisors, integration services, cantonal authorities, and other partners; you will handle their requests and connect them with the appropriate interlocutors. You will maintain existing relations, represent Path2Work at events and professional meetings, and thus contribute to developing a strong network. Counseling: You will support companies on legal and administrative issues relating to the employment of refugees (persons holding a permit F, B, or status S). Development: You will integrate the needs of companies and refugees into the development of our platform. Your skills Business and interpersonal skills: Experience and a network of contacts in the field of government agencies, specialized organizations, and companies. Strong motivation for creating sustainable partnerships. Professional integration and recruitment: Experience in professional integration, recruitment, or personnel placement – ideally with people facing obstacles to entering the labor market – and/or experience with the Swiss asylum system, integration support, vocational training, and placement. Autonomy and reactivity: You enjoy teamwork, are proactive, and know how to impress with your expertise, your spirit of initiative, and your excellent communication skills. Languages: Mastery of French (native or professional level) and very good mastery of German. English is an asset.
