IT Project Manager (80-100%) As IT Project Manager Customer Applications, you will take on a central role in the implementation of international IT initiatives with a focus on customer-related applications. You will work at the interface between business and IT, coordinate global stakeholders, and ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, targeted, and clear focus on business value. Together with internal departments, IT specialists, and external partners, you will drive innovative solutions forward and make an important contribution to the further development of our global system landscape. What you will do Lead global IT projects or take over sub-project management with a focus on Customer Applications and business-critical enterprise applications. Develop technical concepts and create project, resource, and test plans, taking into account quality, deadline, and budget specifications. Coordinate internal departments, process managers, IT specialists, and external partners throughout the entire project lifecycle. Apply and adapt suitable project methods - from classical to agile approaches - according to the requirements and complexity of the respective initiative. Translate business requirements into traceable technical solution concepts and support architecture and system decisions. Ensure transparent communication, proactive risk consideration, and adherence to project standards, governance guidelines, and quality requirements. Who you are Completed training in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field, supplemented by corresponding further education. Experience in leading or coordinating international IT projects and the ability to successfully bring together different interests and requirements. Understanding of Enterprise Applications; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or comparable enterprise solutions is an advantage. Secure handling of project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Sciforma, or similar solutions. Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a high customer and solution orientation as well as the ability to consistently drive topics forward. Outstanding communication skills in German and English as well as a cooperative, integrative work style in an international environment.
