As a concierge, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, you ensure that the environment is well-maintained and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site. Your tasks: Maintenance of the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings Maintenance of green spaces Execute inspection tasks autonomously Manage maintenance and upkeep activities Handle various requests and small repairs Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors Manage small repair projects Snow removal Technical on-call duty according to schedule Your profile: CFC agent d'exploitation or a title deemed equivalent Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology) Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites Mastery of French Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Driver's license mandatory (company car provided) Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority management, Good communication Interpersonal and service skills Ability to work alone or in a team Ready for us?
