For our customer, a well-known company in the Thurgau (TG) region, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as a Site Manager Santé, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Team leadership & development: You lead, promote, and inspire your team of around 55 employees and ensure strong cooperation.
• Mandate & quality responsibility: You manage your mandates qualitatively, financially, and personally. In doing so, you ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards through targeted coaching and controls.
• Customer relations & consulting: As the first point of contact, you maintain close exchange with our customers and advise on all technical questions.
• Process optimization & administration: You plan, organize, and optimize daily workflows interdisciplinarily. In addition, you take over the budget, the recruitment of new talents, as well as material management.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Sound expertise: Completed training or further education in the field of housekeeping, cleaning, or facility management with several years of practice.
• Industry experience: Experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, homes) or in the hotel industry.
• Leadership personality: Demonstrable leadership experience paired with a proactive hands-on mentality.
• Strong soft skills: Empathic, communicative, and solution-oriented personality with strong organizational talent.
• Competencies: Fluent German skills (other languages an advantage) as well as proficient handling of MS Office.
