We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our dynamic team.
SEARCH PROFILE
You hold a technical diploma in the building field
You have proven experience of at least 5 years in construction project management.
Equipped with strong communication skills, you know how to manage one or more site managers.
Your sense of organization and autonomy allow you to pilot your projects with rigor and versatility, even in emergency situations.
You master the essential tools of the trade: Pack Office, Messerli, MS Project.
English is an asset
YOUR MISSIONS
Responsible for the construction site, surrounded by a professional team, you pilot the project from design to delivery.
Guarantor of quality and budget compliance, you are the main interlocutor for the client, partners, and companies, with a clear objective: customer satisfaction.

• Relational

Maintain constructive relations with all stakeholders (client, project manager, control bodies, companies, residents, mandates, etc.)
Develop a bond of trust with clients
Accompany the client in the definition of their project

• Financial

Guarantee budgetary control of the construction site by performing monthly assessments
Establish monthly work status reports

• Realization

Direct and manage the project management
Prepare and validate the site preparation
Ensure respect for deadlines and the quality of the structure
Propose and implement optimization solutions to achieve the set objectives
Perform and enforce the PHS (Hygiene and Safety Plan)
Coordinate stakeholders and companies to guarantee the proper execution of the schedule
Ensure a clear and complete transmission of information
Manage administrative formalities
