For our client, we are looking for a technically savvy personality for inside sales. In this versatile role, you will combine technical understanding with customer contact, offer processing, and the support of orders and projects.

Tasks ###

• Creation and elaboration of offers
• Independent processing of offers and support with tenders
• Order processing including monitoring of delivery dates
• Support of project and customer orders
• Technical clarifications and consulting
• Monitoring and processing of larger orders
• Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP system
• Support of Account Management and field service
• Support of larger customer and project orders
• Collaboration in the further development of internal systems and processes

Requirements ###

• Training as an electrician or electrical fitter
• Further training as a Technical Clerk or professional experience in inside sales
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of customer contact
• Experience in Technical Sales is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in project management is ideal
• Structured and independent way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong service orientation
• Open and communicative personality
