The Fondation La Maison des Bosquets, a living space open to the world, has the mission of accompanying seniors requiring support in maintaining their autonomy. The support enjoyed by the 130 residents is the result of an interdisciplinary approach, carried out by approximately 200 professionals united by a common mission, which they serve through both their technical expertise and their interpersonal skills.

ASSC Assistant in Nursing and Community Health (rate to be agreed between 70%-90%)

Missions and responsibilities:

• Identify the needs and resources of the residents
• Support and/or supplement taking into account their resources and potential
• Guarantee the various medical cares under the delegation of the nurse
• Contribute to the development of the Montessori approach and to the Strengths-Based Approach
• Contribute to the individual project of the resident
• An interest in developing your personal skills in connection with your activity and especially in sharing them
• A mastery of the French language and IT tools

o Professional skills validated by a CFC of ASSC

o Aptitude for night work

o A manifest interest in the elderly

o An aptitude for communication, listening skills, you are comfortable in human relations

o A capacity to work in a network, in an interdisciplinary team, to manage complex situations and to adapt.

o Leadership skills, a dynamic, committed, invested, reliable nature with high ethics.

o An interest in developing your personal skills in connection with your activity and especially in sharing them

o A mastery of the French language and IT tools
