To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person who takes initiative with passion, manual dexterity, and joy in timber construction and implements unique projects together with us.

Carpenter Foreman 100%

This is your field of activity:

• You support WRZ Holzbau GmbH in execution and report directly to the project manager
• You handle a diverse range of tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility (general carpentry work in the new build and renovation sector)
• You relieve the project management by being on-site in direct exchange with the client (receiving plans, demonstrating execution possibilities)
• You lead the construction site team on-site, assign the work, are responsible for the quality of execution, and make decisions in coordination with the Managing Director and Project Manager
• You complete the office and administrative work arising in your area

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training EFZ with further training as a Carpenter Foreman/Polier (or motivation to start this soon) and at least 5 years of professional experience
• Enthusiasm for new builds and renovations: From single-family houses to public buildings such as schools and kindergartens. Strong spatial imagination combined with joy in the material wood, in building, and in constructing
• Flawless language skills in German (written, oral)
• Exact and efficient way of working with organizational skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Good manners in contact with customers or the maintenance of machines and tools are a matter of course for you.
• Driver's license category B, (advantageous: forklift, car trailer BE)
