Head of Swiss Turning (m/f/d) / 100% What awaits you \- Leading, shaping, implementing You take over the disciplinary and technical leadership of our newly established Swiss turning team (currently 5 employees plus apprentices) You work actively in everyday operations – in setting up, programming, and producing high-precision stainless steel parts on our Tornos- and Tsugami-machines (7 systems) You lead through presence – in the hall, at the shop floor board, in conversations You lead a team of experienced specialists: A technical senior expert stands by your side. Three long-standing colleagues contribute know-how in process reliability, quality, machine availability, and training. You work closely with our production planning (PPS) and shape the detailed planning for your team – resilient, realistic, and well-communicated You ensure that planned structures are also lived – today there is still some lack of process reliability and systematics, much is based on individual experience. You have experience in the field of CNC Swiss turning or decollatage, ideally in medical technology or comparably demanding industries You are familiar with Tornos-, Tsugami-, or similar machines and feel confident in programming, setting up, and producing You are a bridge builder – whether to the neighboring short-turning department (shift coordination, technical exchange), to quality assurance (testing processes, first-piece approvals), or to your production manager.
