December or by arrangement Your main tasks As a Technology Manager, you ensure a stable, efficient, and high-quality production with your technical know-how. You plan, coordinate, and implement technical changes and accompany the successful design and technology transfer from development to series production. In addition, you analyze technical deviations and quality problems, initiate sustainable CAPA measures, and contribute to the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and economic viability. In doing so, you ensure compliance with regulatory and quality-relevant requirements and make an important contribution to a future-oriented and secure production. Your qualifications You have a technical university degree or a comparable education with several years of professional experience in medical technology. Proven experience in technology and change management as well as in production processes and project management distinguishes you. Sound knowledge of the regulatory requirements according to ISO 13485 and MDR, as well as experience at the interface between development, quality, and production, round off your profile. You possess a high IT affinity, very good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage. You work independently, predictably, and precisely and are willing to acquire the necessary specialist and medical knowledge required to master the tasks.
