Call Agents Inbound Telecommunications 50-100% (m/f)

For our client, we are looking by arrangement for the location in the region Kreuzlingen (NO HOME OFFICE) for several telephone customer advisors/ Call Agents Inbound for the Telecommunications department (m/f) 50-100%.

• You conduct and document incoming telephone calls in the technical and administrative area
• You increase customer satisfaction through your quick resolution of incoming service requests
• You help in achieving the project goals through efficient call management
• Working hours: Mon - Sun: 07.00 to 24.00

Requirements:

• (oral and written) fluent, accent-free German, as well as Swiss German understanding (any further language is an advantage)
• Articulate, motivated, technically savvy, flexible and reliable
• Availability at 100% during the training period of 2 weeks
• Willingness to work shifts: Our employees are scheduled every second Saturday and predominantly in the evening
• The framework conditions for part-time employees (50-100% workload) remain the same: 5 days per week, working days: Monday – Sunday

Mandatory knowledge:

• Good PC skills, advanced IT user skills
• Good understanding of telecommunications
• Good communication
• Affinity for sales and consulting (Sales, Up- and Cross-Selling)
