Offline Brand Activation Manager (f/m/d) (100%)
Your responsibilities :
• Manage the multi-visual merchandising tool, adapted by account and store level, synchronized with our 4 to 6 week story cadence
• Lead POSM coordination, in-store animation, and splash design
• Build sell-in toolkit kits for new collections - product sheets, look books, B2B presentations
• Design account-specific co-marketing for key wholesale customers, and lead the design of trade fair stands and B2B supports

• Develop stories and toolkit kits for promotional mechanics (% discount, bundles) and lead the creation, distribution, and communication of GWPs

• Adapt packaging layouts by market and product variant and coordinate print production, working from designs held by Brand Creative
• Manage a closed loop with Brand Creative: incoming brief, outgoing deployment, feedback
• Align with Marketing Planning & Orchestration on the calendar and timing of story windows
• Collaborate with VM & POP Experience for in-store consistency and with Digital Brand Activation for offline-to-online consistency
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 people, building the processes that allow a central team to deploy world-class toolkit kits globally
Your ideal profile :
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Wholesale Marketing, or Brand Activation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management (desirable)
• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related discipline
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, premium consumer goods, or retail industries
• Strong experience in wholesale and key account environments
• Proven experience in deploying large-scale offline activation programs across multiple markets
