Horizonte is a non-profit organization and is committed to the social and professional integration of people with mental impairments through various offerings in the work and living sectors.
In our print center, our employees and apprentices produce brochures, flyers, business cards, letterheads, envelopes and much more. On the other hand, in the manual labor department, we carry out various tasks such as lettershop, equipping brochures, gluing work, sorting work and various finishing tasks.

For the Prepress and Digital Printing department, we are looking for as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement a:

Work Agogue (m/f/d) with basic training, Polygrafin EFZ / Medientechnologin EFZ

Your main tasks

• Production of print media, serial print preparation and processing as well as image editing
• Transfer, control and processing of print data
• Operation of the CTP system for exposing printing plates
• Organization of production orders in the Prepress and Digital Printing department
• Support in the training of our apprentices in the professions of Polygrafin EFZ and Medientechnologin EFZ specializing in Print Media Technology
• Care, qualification and guidance of our employees with mental impairments at their protected workplaces in the Prepress group
• In all tasks, you work together with your position partners

Your profile

• Completed training as a Work Agogue or equivalent training
• Completed training as a Polygrafin EFZ or Medientechnologin EFZ
• Specialization in Print Media Technology as well as professional experience
• Profound knowledge of MS Word and Excel (mail merge)
• Ability to lead a production group
• Independent, efficient and structured working
• High tolerance and empathy for people in difficult life situations
• An appreciative, resource-oriented and solution-oriented basic attitude
• High resilience and commitment
