Civil Service Nursing and Care Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1'600 employees, includes the two hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the health center in Meiringen, the senior centers in Frutigen and Interlaken, the Walk\-in\-Clinic, as well as various practices. The Seniorenpark Weissenau of Spitäler fmi AG understands itself as a competence center for the nursing and care of elderly people who can no longer live at home due to the severity and impairment of their health status. The institution offers 75 residents a home, of which 12 places are specifically intended for people with dementia.
