Head of Purchasing & AVOR/PPS (all)

• Overall responsibility for procurement and production planning (AVOR/PPS)
• Ensuring an economical, efficient, and timely purchasing and production planning process
• Building, maintaining, and further developing a high-performance supplier portfolio
• Planning, prioritizing, and tracking manufacturing orders in close coordination with the team leaders
• Ensuring quality standards, delivery dates, and cost targets
• Responsible for requirements analyses, material procurement, and supplier management
• Active operational involvement in daily business (approx. 60-70%)
• Leading a team of 3 employees and their promotion and development
• Close cooperation with production, quality, logistics, and R&D
• Technical or commercial training with industry experience
• Further training in the areas of purchasing, procurement, and production planning
• At least 10-15 years of professional experience in the area of purchasing and/or AVOR/PPS in a comparable industry (e.g., mechanical engineering, vehicle, or plant engineering) with complex, technical products
• Experience in price, contract, and condition negotiations
• Technical understanding and interest in products and materials
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong awareness of quality and costs
• Hands-on mentality as well as the willingness to take responsibility and work operationally
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
