In this role, you combine clinical expertise with conceptual work and contribute to sustainably anchoring care offerings in everyday life. YOUR TASKS • You actively help shape the clinic-wide Oncology Care Support and develop patient-related care offerings, which you implement and continuously evaluate • You take professional responsibility for oncological and hematological topics, coach nursing teams, and promote evidence-based nursing practice, especially in autologous stem cell transplantations and CAR-T cell therapies • You drive professional further development and quality initiatives in your area of responsibility and accompany certifications • You support and promote cooperation between different professional groups to ensure patient-centered care <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed Master's degree or advanced in Master's studies (MScN or comparable) • Professional practice in an acute care hospital with a focus on oncology and/or hematology • Practical, patient- and team-oriented personality with enjoyment in professional further development and coaching • Structured, committed, and proactive way of working, which actively uses room for design and drives nursing development <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, an inter- and multiprofessional working, well-coordinated team awaits you.
