Effective immediately, we are looking for our office in Basel for a:

HR Consultant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Telephone and personal new customer acquisition as well as consulting on their personnel requirements
• Receipt and analysis of job orders as well as creation and placement of suitable job advertisements
• Active search, approach, and selection of suitable female and male candidates
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews as well as accompanying candidates through the entire application process
• Independent management of the recruitment process and taking responsibility for building new customer and candidate relationships

Your qualifications:

• Joy in contacting people and in telephone as well as personal communication
• Motivation to build something new in a small company and to contribute own ideas
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Independent, proactive, and responsible way of working with a high desire to shape things
• Goal orientation, perseverance, and the readiness to take on responsibility
• Experience in personnel consulting or B2B Sales is an advantage
• German language skills are required; Swiss German and English are an advantage
