What you will learn with us and what you can accomplish:

• Support in the entry, verification, and allocation of supplier invoices
• Assistance in the reconciliation of supplier accounts and the management of creditor master data
• Support in the preparation and validation of payments
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly and quarterly closings
• Creation and updating of analyses and reports (e.g., cost summaries, budget-actual comparisons)
• Support in variance analysis and the preparation of key indicators
• Participation in the optimization of processes in accounting and controlling
• General administrative tasks in the financial field

What you bring

• Student in finance, controlling, or business administration, or a person in career change interested in a professional orientation in finance
• Strong IT affinity and pleasure in using digital tools and Excel
• Analytical capacity and great ease with numbers
• Structured, precise, and autonomous working method
• Responsible, reliable personality oriented towards teamwork

Assets

• Initial experience with ERP systems or accounting software
• Interest in process optimization and automation in the financial field
• Desire to familiarize yourself with new digital applications (e.g., Power BI, Excel macros, or cloud solutions)
