CNC SETTER MECHANIC – AUTOMATIC LATHE (M/F)

Missions:

• Ensure the setting, setup and production monitoring of a fleet of Citizen CNC automatic lathe machines (M16, M32 and L12)
• Ensure the fine-tuning of new products and contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee production compliant with line objectives in terms of quality, quantity and deadlines
• Perform visual and dimensional controls of the produced parts
• Ensure SPC monitoring as well as production traceability
• Participate in continuous improvement and the optimization of manufacturing processes
• Perform preventive maintenance on Citizen M16, M32 and L12 CNC machines
• Participate in daily rituals during shift changes
• Train and support machining operators in the development of their skills

Skills:

• CFC in Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in the field of automatic turning and CNC machining
• Experience on Citizen M16, M32 and L12 machines is an asset
• Mastery of CAM software; knowledge of TopSolid represents an advantage
• Good mastery of IT tools
• Rigorous, organized and autonomous person
• Team spirit, proactivity and ability to solve technical problems
