Field Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Point of contact for technical questions and challenges from sales, service, and development (ad hoc and via ticketing system)
• Second-level contact for more complex problems in the field and coordination of the solution with customers and internal stakeholders
• Execution of more complex analyses and development of solution possibilities together with the development and service team
• Support in bugfixing through feedback from field data, passing on field experience, and recommendations to the Product Owners
• Supervision and control of on-site analyses including data evaluation
• Coordination of field trials and software installations with external partners
• Support during the startup phases of pilot trials on-site
• Technical support of the sales team for customer inquiries, tenders, and product presentations
• Execution of internal product training

Your profile

• Completed studies (FH/Uni) in computer science/electrical engineering or comparable training
• You have a service provider mentality and can communicate fairly with stakeholders
• You bring an understanding of technology and software development
• Affinity for diagnostics with electrical devices
• An analytical, structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working gives you pleasure
• German language skills level C2, English language skills at least level B2
