--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Accountant M/F --- Accountant M/F ============= Our client: Geneva-based SME, searching due to a retirement Description of the position: * General accounting: full maintenance of accounts, debtors and creditors, treasury, VAT, fixed assets, periodic closings, annual closing and preparation of the balance sheet and financial statements. * Management controlling: budget monitoring, analysis of costs and margins, variance control, financial forecasting and creation of dashboards intended for management. * Improvement of procedures: analysis and optimization of accounting and administrative processes, strengthening of controls and simplification of working methods. * IT tools: excellent mastery of Abacus and Microsoft 365, with advanced expertise in Excel, notably for data analysis, pivot tables, Power Query and automation. * Artificial intelligence: identification and implementation of solutions allowing to streamline tasks, automate repetitive operations and improve productivity, while respecting data confidentiality. * Collaboration with management: production of reliable financial information, monitoring of key indicators and concrete proposals to improve the company's performance. Profile: * Higher education in accounting * Confirmed experience of a few years in a similar position * Excellent mastery of Abacus and advanced mastery of Excel and Microsoft 365. * Good skills in management controlling and financial analysis with a strong interest in digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence. * Experience in tourism or services is an asset. * Valid work permit in Switzerland Personal qualities: * Rigor * Precision * Autonomy * Sense of organization * Analytical spirit and ability to make proposals * You also appreciate human relations, know how to communicate with clarity and like working in a team.
