Project Manager Architecture & Urban Design

Your tasks

• Urban design studies for BNO revisions, local planning and master plans
• Area and site developments
• Special use planning
• Competition support
• Project presentations
• Expert reports
• Building law clarifications
• Leading and coordinating internal and external teams, such as specialist planners and authorities

Your skills

• Completed architecture studies with specialization in urban design/spatial planning
• Several years of experience in architecture (SIA phases 102), spatial development
• Independent project management
• Good communication skills
• Reliability, resilience and commitment
• Good knowledge of building law
• Business fluent German in spoken and written form
