What you will be doing You will take over production orders according to specifications and set up the machine/plant independently. You will operate various demanding machines or carry out complex, multi-stage manual manufacturing processes independently. You will carry out technical and mechanical adjustments as well as modifications to the machines precisely. You will make simple changes to programs, actively support troubleshooting, and contribute to the rapid resumption of production. You will coordinate preceding and subsequent work, take on organizational tasks, and ensure the cleaning of your plant area. What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Field: E.g. Baker-Confectioner, Food Technologist, Plant Operator (m/w/d) or Professional Certificate EBA, e.g. Food Practitioner (m/w/d) with in-depth practical knowledge Professional experience: First professional experience Practical experience in an extended area of responsibility (e.g. product knowledge, plant operation, hygiene and safety regulations) Willingness to work in a 4-shift operation (7 days in a row, including weekends) Secure understanding of production processes and procedures in the production environment; you recognize connections and act proactively.
