In this versatile function, you will lead your construction site team, coordinate the work on site and actively support the successful implementation of our conversion and renovation projects.

Leading construction site teams in the area of conversion and renovation
Responsible for general work in the conversion and renovation area
Active collaboration & support of your team in daily work
Coordination of the team on site
Ensuring quality, deadlines and occupational safety
Material and deployment planning on the construction site
Contact person for the construction management, customers and employees
Your profile
Training as a foreman / group leader or the intention to complete this soon
Several years of experience in the area of conversion and renovation
Good German language skills in spoken and written form
High level of commitment
Good manners
Driver's license Cat. B
