Tasks ###

• processing orders in the field of air freight (import and export)
• checking and creating AWBs
• supporting national and international customers
• negotiating freight rates
• creating customs declarations
• offering transport prices
• checking and complying with IATA regulations
• obtaining insurance policies
• general administrative tasks

Requirements ###

• basic training as a freight forwarding agent (Speditionskaufmann/-frau)
• several years of professional experience in the field of air freight
• knowledge in creating customs declarations
• DGR training or willingness to complete this

IT ###

MS-Office - good knowledge

Languages ###

German: native language
English: m+s good to very good
