Microtechnique Engineer 100% Geneva (m/f/d)

For a renowned watch manufacturer on the Geneva market, we are currently looking for a Quality Animator (M/F). Introduction ## For our Production division, we are looking for a microtechnique engineer. Their main mission will be to ensure technical support and coordinate the introduction of new products into production, ensuring the interface between the industrialization service, management, and New Products. *Responsibilities* ## • Coordinate the release of new products and SAV according to the production plan. • Be guarantee of the relevance of our manufacturing range (ensure to have the necessary tools and documents for production). • Participate in project risk analyses. • Carry out the exploitation assessment of the homologation of a new product in connection with the Project teams. • Validate the transition to series production of new products in collaboration with the Project team. • Ensure good coordination between Project respondents, exploitation technicians, industrialization, and scheduling. • Represent the sector in new product and SAV instances. • Ensure communication with management. • Set up (in connection with scheduling) rigorous monitoring of qualification manufacturing orders in the workshop. • Animate Project instances in the sector. *Profile* ## • Technician ES diploma, Microtechnique Engineer • First experience in the industrial field required • Ability to analyze and synthesize important data • Strong team spirit, listening, rigorous • Excellent written and oral communication • Watchmaking experience and project management notion: an asset • Ability to take a step back from complex projects and flows • Good stress resistance, flexible and reactive If your profile matches, do not hesitate to apply online!
