You motivate, promote, and support our apprentices and students and strengthen them in their professional as well as personal development.

YOUR TASKS

• You accompany, promote, and support our apprentices and students in daily nursing life and actively help shape their training
• You undertake professional as well as customer- and needs-oriented nursing and care of our patients
• You implement medical prescriptions and participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• You take responsibility in clinical decision-making and independently initiate the necessary measures

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH / DN II / AKP
• Interest in vocational training and willingness to complete the vocational trainer course (if not already held)
• Joy in passing on knowledge and accompanying young people in their development
• You are professionally skilled, socially competent, and enjoy taking responsibility in the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Your open, reliable, and team-oriented nature distinguishes you
• Communication at eye level is a matter of course for you
