We are a company with a social and economic offering, aimed at people who, as a result of a mental impairment, are dependent on guidance and support to cope with everyday life. We offer over 200 places in the work and day structure sector and 28 residential places. For our staff restaurant, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a: Cook (50%) ## WITH WORK-AGOGIC LEADERSHIP TASKS Our dedicated team in the staff restaurant ensures the physical well-being of the Drahtzug staff daily. With us, you combine your culinary expertise with the agogic guidance of employees with an IV pension. Together with the Head of Staff Restaurant, another specialist, and the employees, you design a lively restaurant operation and provide lunch catering and snacks for around 80 people. Your tasks ### • Accompany in everyday life: You lead and accompany the team of employees with heart, enable development, and actively help shape the agogic processes • Organize the work: You ensure that lunch and break catering are always available punctually, reliably, and in good quality • Promote togetherness: You create a positive working environment, promote mutual support, and contribute to a hospitable, appreciative atmosphere • Shape culinarily: With creativity and joy, you and your team design a varied offering that brings enjoyment and joy to both the guests and the kitchen team Your profile ### • Training & experience: You have basic training as a cook and have practical experience in work-agogics • Communicative competence: Contact with different people fulfills you with joy.
