Android Mobile Support and Deployment Technician We are looking for a Mobile Support & Deployment Technician (Android) for a mission in Lausanne. Start: Planned between September and October 2026. Duration: Mission of 2 to 3 months Your role Prepare, configure and set up a fleet of Android terminals according to the specifications and the security policy of the project. Ensure the handover of devices to employees. Assist users in the migration of their data and ensure the correct installation of business applications. Deliver high-quality local support, guide users during equipment changes and answer their questions. Diagnose and resolve simple incidents or malfunctions related to hardware or initial configurations. Rigorously apply deployment procedures and report on the progress of preparations. Profile sought Experience in local support missions or equipment deployment projects (smartphones, tablets or PCs). Solid mastery of the Android environment and mobile terminal management. Experience in using mobile fleet management tools (MDM / EMM type Intune or similar). Mastery of masterization, enrollment and mobile data migration processes. Knowledge of global IT working environments. Marked interpersonal skills, sense of customer service and pedagogy towards end users.
