Assistant to the CEO 50% - 60% (all) - temporary 2 - 3 months

What you can look forward to:

• You manage the CEO's agenda with tact and continuously coordinate his appointments with the calendars of stakeholders as well as members of the executive management
• You design the annual planning 2027 both for the CEO and for the executive management, keeping an eye on all dependencies
• You plan and organize the events 2027 from the first idea to successful execution
• You prepare meetings, organize travels, and support wherever administrative help is required

What you bring with you:

• You bring experience in assistance, ideally at the executive management level, and know how to free up a leader's back
• You communicate confidently and skillfully in German and English
• You use Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Office proficiently
• You remain calm with short-term changes, work discreetly and reliably, and can start immediately

A workload of 50–60% awaits you, which you can flexibly distribute over several days a week. In this position of trust, you will work closely with the CEO and the executive management and directly see the impact of your contribution.
