Job Description

In this responsible position, you will be active in various specialized areas of the BiMOS backend, both in the cleanroom and in testing. Your tasks include in particular:

Operator

• Processing of production lots according to valid work instructions under cleanroom conditions.
• Job Rotation in all learned areas, which means you have the opportunity to get to know different workstations and activities.
• Operation of relevant control systems such as MES, SAP and BO Reports.
• Participation in the continuous improvement process to increase the efficiency and quality of production.
• Ensuring quality according to specifications and processes to guarantee the highest standards.
• Setting up, operating and monitoring fully automated production plants to guarantee a smooth process.

Maintenance

• Carrying out Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on complex plants according to work instructions to ensure operational readiness.
• Daily machine controls (SPC) according to instructions and regulations to ensure the quality and safety of production.
• Monitoring and stocking of production media as well as care of consumables to avoid bottlenecks.
• Compliance with discipline, order and safety rules to create a safe working environment.
• Cleaning of workstations, cleanroom infrastructure, plants and modules to comply with hygiene regulations.
• Support in the training of new Maintenance Operators to strengthen the team and pass on knowledge.

Requirement Profile

Initial experience in production, mechanics or a technical environment is an advantage, but not mandatory. You should be willing to work in a 4-shift model (including night shifts). A high willingness to learn and motivation to learn different areas of activity are important. We expect a very precise and reliable way of working, especially in cleanroom environments. Technical understanding and enjoyment of automated plants are an advantage. Teamwork skills as well as a sense of responsibility are essential. Good German language skills in spoken and written form are required.
