Your future environment We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a reference hospital institution located in the Lausanne region, active in highly specialized surgical care. You will work within units of: vascular surgery (arterial and venous pathologies, complex pre- and post-operative care), cardiac surgery (patients in pre- and post-interventional phases, close clinical monitoring). The environment is characterized by: a high level of technicality in care, close collaboration with specialized medical and nursing teams, a high level of requirement in terms of safety, quality and clinical rigor, a university hospital context favoring continuous training. Main responsibilities Ensure specialized nursing care for patients treated in vascular and/or cardiac surgery Closely monitor the clinical status of patients in the pre- and post-operative phase Early identification of signs of complications and acting appropriately Actively collaborate with the medical and interprofessional team Rigorous application of protocols, standards and procedures specific to surgical care Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of the care provided Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and geriatric best practice standards Required skills and qualifications HES Bachelor in nursing or foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross Two years of experience in a hospital setting, ideally with initial experience in surgery, acute care, vascular or cardiac surgery Strong interest in technical care and the management of complex patients Rigor, sense of responsibility and ability to manage high-requirement situations Comfort in working in an interprofessional team Knowledge of Soarian software is an asset Autonomy and reactivity Interested in this opportunity?
