This is what you can expect ### • You will process outpatient and inpatient performance cases in the areas of KVG and VVG (workload around 70%). • You will take over the technical training of the four commercial apprentices EFZ (Benefits department) in close cooperation with the vocational training manager (workload around 30%). • You will check and assess performance claims from a legal and medical point of view. • You will process cost approvals. • For performance-related questions, you will provide information verbally or in writing. • Your contacts are insured persons, doctors, hospitals, therapists, and employees from other departments of CONCORDIA. This is what you bring ### • You have a medical basic education (in a doctor's office, pharmacy, or drugstore) combined with commercial further education (e.g. commercial school). • Or you have completed a commercial basic education in the insurance industry or in the hospital sector. • Collaborating with apprentices gives you great pleasure, ideally you have already gained initial experience in vocational training. • Passing on knowledge is fun for you and easy for you, even with complex topics. • Working independently, efficiently, accurately, and flexibly? You feel comfortable with that. • You have a good grasp and pronounced service orientation. • Your stylistically confident German convinces, whether you speak or write. • Experienced MS Office skills?
