Production Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage all manufacturing activities of an industrial site with a strong technical component
• Supervise production operations and optimize resources to ensure workshop performance
• Define and implement the production strategy while guaranteeing safety, quality, cost, and deadline objectives
• Supervise, support, and develop team leaders in order to strengthen managerial skills and collective performance
• Analyze production indicators and implement the necessary corrective and preventive actions
• Deploy continuous improvement approaches aimed at optimizing processes and productivity
• Collaborate closely with the various company departments to ensure the fluidity and efficiency of operations
• Actively participate in the site's transformation, industrialization, and investment projects

Profile

• Higher technical education, ideally at an engineering level or equivalent
• Proven experience in managing an industrial production environment in Switzerland
• Solid experience in managing large teams as well as hierarchical managers
• Excellent mastery of performance management tools and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong capacity for analysis, decision-making, and priority management
• Natural leadership, communication skills, and ability to unite teams around common objectives
