As a Jobcoach*in Inklusionsarbeitsplätze, you will accompany people with disabilities on their way to a protected workplace in the general labor market. You build bridges between employees and companies, promote sustainable employment relationships, and take on social services tasks. For our existing team of two Job Coaches, we are looking for a Jobcoach Inklusionsarbeitsplätze 50-70% (m/w/d) as a supplement, by agreement or after agreement.
