This department integrates the legal service, the mediation space, and the monitoring of the serious adverse events process. It depends on the direction générale adjointe, which ensures the administrative logistics of the Conseil d'administration, the Bureau du Conseil d'administration, and the Comité de direction. Job Description ## You are responsible for assisting the lawyers of the Service juridique and collaborating in their legal activities (legal advice, drafting legal opinions, participation in civil, criminal, or administrative hearings, drafting draft laws, regulations, or internal directives). Qualifications ## You hold a Master's degree in Swiss law, have completed the ECAV curriculum, and are looking for an internship for your Brevet d-avocat. You have knowledge and experience in the field of public law. You possess excellent legal writing skills in French as well as a very good command of typing and basic software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
