Your mission: • Ensure the daily maintenance of administrative premises and common areas (offices, meeting rooms, toilets, kitchen, corridors, reception hall). • Clean, disinfect and maintain the cleanliness of surfaces, furniture and equipment according to current hygiene protocols. • Manage floor maintenance (sweeping, vacuuming, washing, occasional stripping if necessary). • Replenish consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hygiene products, coffee, etc.). • Ensure the maintenance of the kitchen area and equipment (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher). • Sort and dispose of waste while respecting selective sorting instructions. • Report any anomalies, damage or need for repair to the relevant persons. Your profile: • Proven experience in the field of professional premises maintenance, ideally in a medico-social, health or administrative environment. • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, maintenance products and hygiene rules. • Strong sense of cleanliness, organization and thorough work. • Mastery of spoken French and understanding of written instructions.
